I have on my 2003 network some computers that we want to allow and some that
we don't want to allow internet access. With my current situation, all pcs
have access.
How do I limit one machine and grant full access on another? I have tried
filtering, but when I enter the ip and subnet to filter out, I am told they
do not match.

Trevor,

If all of your workstations are in a domain, this isn't hard at all.

You will need to create a GPO that sets the Internet Proxy Setting to
0.0.0.0

Then you apply it to the whole domain, using GPO filtering to only allow it
to the group containing all the users you want to deny.
