ram mixing help

i want to mix 2x512mb of ocz premier ram (2.5 3 3 7) and 2x512mb of ocz value ram (2.5 3 3 8). they both work in duel channel and i have an a8n5x asus mobo can those 2 kinds mix?both are pc3200
and is there anything i should know before i do it?

They will work, but you'll have to run at the slower sets timings....probably even a touch looser due to 4 sticks. You also may have to run at 2T to get all 4 running nicely. Run the Premier in DIMM slots 1&3 and the VR in slots 2&4 GL :)

i was wondering if you got one stick from one place and one stick from another would you be able to run dual channel with it or no? and mines would be at (3,3,3,5) which is ecc ram i hope you can answer my question

It depends on the motherboard. Recent ones (especially w/Intel chipsets) tend to be more tolerant.
and mines would be at (3,3,3,5) which is ecc ram ...
I don't quite understand this. If you mean that you are looking at a *registered* DIMM, it most likely won't work in a "normal" (non-server) motherboard. What motherboard model number do you have, and what RAM model number are you looking at?

my mother board is a k8t master2 far. ecc ram and correct its (3,3,3,10) and i already know what ram to buy but i was wondering if i bought different models would i be able to run dual channel or just a regular 2 gigs?
