Hi guys n gals,

this is what im trying to do...

My PC 1 sharing the internet through

My PC 2 which is connected through PPPoE DSL via the home network

MY PC 2 has 2 nic's, one going to the home network which it connects to the internet through, and the other which is a direct connection to PC 1.

I want PC 1 to be able to connect to the internet through PC2 using ICS, but when i try to enable ICS on my PPPoE connection on PC2, it gives me error 765, words to the effect of the default ics ip address of 192.168.0.1 is already being used, and it therfore can not enable ICS. Ive checked everything, nothing is using it, its really driving me nuts, please can some one give me a work around. sorry if its all a bit garbled

thanks people

not as far as i am aware, the net is connected through a PPPoE, computers - switch - modem, but we all connect individually using the same isp password and username, i think im just gunna buy another long cable and give it its own connection lol, would be easier, thanks for your reply tho :D
