cable question

I just bought one of the cheapo 'Siamese video and power' cables off Ebay.

I couldn't find out what the impedance was of the video part of the cable.
Would regular rg-59 be a better match from the camera to the video capture
card?
Where can I find a cable that would have rg-59, power, and audio in the same
bundle?
