x1900gt and wide screen support?????

I am planning to purchase a wide screen monitor with 1680 x 1050 resolution.

I also plan to purchase a sapphire x1900gt video card.

Can anyone tell me if the 1900 will support this resolution?

I tried to call the manufactures tech line (them, his, ati, .....) for help. None of the web sites list this resolution, yet everyone says it will "should" support it.

One person today mentioned after market drivers?

Just want to make sure I match the card to the monitor.

It will support it, don't worry

Summary: This is one powerful card! I use it primarily for gaming.. I know the XT or XTX are better for that, but I got a very good deal on this. I have no complaints on this at all. Plays all the latest games on high resolution(1680 X 1050 widescreen) and highest settings without any problems. The games look beautiful with Antialiasing, PS 3.0/HDR turned on and don't lag at all.
