Biostar TForce 6100-939 with AMD 64 3200 939 socket processor. The two left red LEDs (out of 4) on the motherboard are out. The manual says this is an indication of "Abnormal CPU Chipset Error". I found another thread on here that ended in 2005 without a resolution. The two left LEDs stay off while the two right ones come on when I turn on the power supply on the back of the case.

I have taken the mobo out of the case to see if the mobo was shorting out, still get the same error. All I have installed is the mobo and CPU. I have not installed any other components such as HD, etc. The website I am using to build the computer from says that it should still boot up to the bios. He calls this the first boot before anything else is installed. There are no beeps, etc., when the computer comes on. Just trying to list everything as this is the first computer I have tried to build so I am pretty ignorant of all this.

Any ideas?
