The components I have:

Core 2 Duo E6400
Corsair XMS 2 gigs (2x1gig)
GeForce 7600GT
Seagate 320 gig SATA drive

Looking for a motherboard under $200. 680i chipset looks nice. Not a gamer, don't need something that overclocks to the exxxtreme! just looking for something that won't take a lot of fooling around with to get it to boot up the first time, and will be something i can put future upgrades into (see quadcore, etc).

Thanks for any input!

I am running an Asus P5NSLI with an e6400, 1GB Dual Channel DDR2, 7900GT. They go for about $110-$120.

I've had no problems with it since I got it about 4 months ago or so.

I read a couple of reviews that knocked it for it's lack of overclocking ability, but I wasn't planning on doing any so I didn't worry about it. Figure maybe that's why it's cheap. They liked it otherwise.

It would only go up to about 300MHz FSB before becoming unstable when they tried to overclock.
