Weird window

When I turned my PC on today, a weird window shows up.

Is this a pre-configured computer? Because, if it an off-the-shelf computer, or a custom built computer, the manufacturer loads all types of advertising crap on it.

This is the manufacturer's way of reducing their costs so that they can offer their products at a lower cost to the consumer.

Yes, it can be deleted by modifying the 'Hosts' file. But I must caution you that if you are not 100% sure of what you are doing, don't mess with it.

I dont have VBE.EXE in startup program list.

Could that be a some kind of malware program, that lets the registry to open the vbc.exe?

its part of the .net framework and i got it and none of this autoloading of it

so lets just disable it for now

open cmd

hold down the start buttten on keyboard/windows key

and press r

a box that says run in it should pop up

type in "msconfig"

in the window that opens, go to the startup tab in the window then uncheck the vbc.exe from loading
