I'm running win2k/sp4 on a P-4 3.20ghz with 2 gigs of memory. I keep getiing
a STOP message with the following. "STOP: 0x000000D1 (0XDEADFAE2, 0x00000002,
0xF66F37AB) Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal"

*** Address F66F37AB Base at F66F0000, Datestamp 3e5FFebc OpenHCI.Sys

Beginning dump of Physical Memory

What could be causing this and how can I fix this problem?

Thanks in advance.

HI,
You can go ahead and update all the drivers and firmware on the box or
disable the third party startup items and services using msconfig utility
that can be grabbed from windows xp.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows XP

Make sure you check hide all microsoft services option under the sservices
tab or you may run into additional troubles.
