What role should I grant for server reboot only

I want to assign Computer Centre operator to reboot my server(Windows 2003
Server Standard Edition) when necessary. Which role or group of Windows 2003
Server should I grant to him for the said purpose only?

You will need to set the token privileges for shutdown/reboot etc.
