New mobo requires 24 pin, I have only 20 pin

I had no idea that I would require a different type of PSU when I bought my new motherboard. Is there anything I can do other than buy a new PSU?

Thank you so much,I am so relieved.... I was afraid I would have to buy a new mobo. Are you saying I don't even need this 20-24 pin connector to run the mobo? I can just plug in the 20 pin one?

My psu is a Thermaltake HPC-420-302 DF (420w)
