Switch Problem Repotec

I've Repotec RP-1708M 8 port switch. There is problem with it. After running stable for 10 to 15 minutes it starts restarting it self simultaneausly and network connection on windows xp Shows that cable is unpluged and then again pluged.

Does any one know where is problem or is there any way to fix it or the switch is dead?

Unless you're diving into it with a soldering iron and a hammer to find the overheating components and perform surgery on them...

Switches are not something you get into much "fixing" on. Look for new firmware, if it is an upgradeable switch. Try taking the temperature of it when it is running. If it is in a poor position for heat dissipation, i.e., jammed behind a desk or sitting on your stove, move it for better cooling.

If it's under warranty, replace it and don't concern yourself with it.
