Software Reccomendations Please

Looking for a reliable value software solution to:-

Service 4 or more IP cams, of different makes.
Record and catalogue separate camera video to HD for security logging.
Provide remote http viewing and interrogation, including PTZ functions etc.

So far I've found:-

D3DATA NetVM. Good Demo Provision. Full vers 30 day trail. Very complicated.
Won't cope with my Veo Cam. V Expensive. Prone to Crash.

NetCam Watcher Pro. Demo limited to one camera. No http remote function.

PY Software Active Webcam. Best yet. Cheap, and does all. Seems a bit
resource hungry? Currently not 100% happy with my
http://www.4xem.com/products/wired/IPCAMWPT/index.html It produces a smaller
lower quality/size image?? Good 30 day demo, currently in use.

Anything else I should be looking at?
