Ok Im new to OC and I wanted to post my results and see if any of u can recomend some tweaks and critics to get max performance from what I have done. I just got my Zalman CNPS9500 am2 in this morning and the thing works great. Here is what I have so far...

System:
AMD x2 4200 @ 2596.3 *temps: idle 34-37, load 45-47*
Multi: x11.0
BusSpeed: 236.0mhz
HT Link: 1180.1
Volts: 1.352v
MB: K9N SLI Platinum
PSU: Antec SmartPower 450 *stock with my sanataII*
OS: WinXP pro
RAM: Kingston HyperX 2gb pc2-6400
RAM Running:
Freq: 370.9mhz
CAS-5
RAS to CAS delay: 6
RAS Precharge: 5
Cycle Time: 15
Bank cycle time 21
Command rate: 2t

Im new at OCing and I know I need to tweak things. Please any critics please let me know. I also have a msi 7900gt OC to 570clock, 900mem. It puts out around 60C max loaded. If Ive forgotten anything please let me know! thanks!

I went up too 2.7 and was stable but my CPU was hitting near 50c on load. I dont know if that is good or not with an OC, and I also didnt know if I was bottlenecking myself with my mem settings and other stuff.

My MB has many options for OC. If you have critics or tweaks please let me know the technical terms so I can look inside my bios. Thanks in advance.

Today I lowered my HT from x5 to x4 and was able to get 200 more mhz out of my processor. It doesn't really affect performance much and that number is supposed to stay less than or equal to 1000. I also put a divider on the RAM and that allowed me to push it further also. I'm not very experienced in this either, but I was advised to do that by someone who knew what they were doing :)
