When I go to a web site with streaming video developed in Media Player 10, I
cannot see that video and tells me that I need the Media Player Plug in. I
am using an Ipaq 4150.

is there any way around this? The web site in question is:
http://www.coastalwatch.com.au/cam [...] &state=NSW

The video is actually WM Video Version 9 (there's no Video Version 10,
only a player version 10 ;-)

It's still possible I guess that your player can't play it if you have
only media player 8 on the device. But worth a pop, try the direct
URL, set this as the file to open directly in media player :

http://www.coastalwatch.com/asx/deewhy.asx or
mms://strm-wm-01.coastalwatch.com/cstdeewhy_broadband

If those won't open it's cause the media player version you have is
too old to play the stream data.
