I have corsair xms2 2x1gb ddr2 800mhz ram with 4,4,4,12 timings ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145034) that I'm trying to use on an Asus P5w dh delux.I have a core 2 duo e6600 2.4ghz processor. i can't get my computer to boot without having timings configured by spd enabled, which sets them to 5,6,6,18.
I've tried increasing the voltage up to 2.25v but that didnt work either.I've heard that other people are having this problem too so i think im gonna return them to Newegg for a refund and then buy new ram but i need to be sure soon that theres no way i can get these to work with the stock timings(i have a few days until i cant return them).also, what ram would u recommend that u know would work at stock timings cause if i do this i don't wanna waste more money returning and buying new memory until i find the right one .I'm thinking of getting this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227169)

At one point, this was a bios related issue. Have you flashed to the latest bios? There is no compatibility issue with this memory and your MOBO so, we should be able to get you running. If the memory is defective, we will gladly replace it.

Also, what power supply are you using?

Everything worked perfectly after I flashed the new bios.
The ram ran through memtest with no problem on stock voltage, timings, and speed. Thanks alot for the help, I was pretty close to returning it too.
