What is this? I never seen this before in a Windows 2000 setup. The domain controller has the passwords all different. Why is Windows 2000 Prof asking me to make a new password for all the Domain accounts and what exactly does that mean? If I do that can I NOT change the passwords for the accounts on the Domain Controller?

Normally I expect to see a local user account that is called Administrator and make a password there. This is very different than what I am used to.
