The 1300xt is the same as a 1600PRO btw. I am not happy with my 1300 and had to buy a 1950xt recently so you should just shell out a bit more for that next level of performance. You will end up spending more in the long run if you don't. Other than that it looks okay. I'm not toally familiar with Intel CPU's however. The last intel i had was P4 1.5ghz. You will also want a new PSU. 350w nowadays is not enough. Try to get a good quality 500W model that will last you a good long while through upgrades and everything.

Change that PSU to something with more Watts... 450W< is recommended.

The Geforce 7600GT is a great card, but take a look at ATi X1900GT. It is better than the 7600GT and costs less...

In my country (Sweden) the X1900GT costs around $150-160 (US-dollars) and the X1950Pro costs around $210-220... That´s why I took the X1900GT...

EDIT: For comparsion the 7600GT costs around $180-220...
