I just got my new x2 4800+ with a 2 mb cache and I have it running at 2.9ghz at stock voltages ht multiplier is 4, My crappy mobo doesnt have an option for a memory divider so I dropped my ram down to 667 and tightened the timings. With 2 instances of prime95 running my temps are maxing out at ~37 degrees celcius. Am I forgetting something? In the meantime Ill see if I can hit 3ghz.

When I try to go past 2.9 Windows gets stuck on either the first loading screen or the 2nd screen when I log into my account. Anyone know how to fix this
