Win& 'Not Responding'

Hi

Have the 'not responding' problem with Win7.

What is the recommended fix for this ? Should I be downloading the SP1 for Win7, is this easy to do ?

Its easy to update to SP1, but i cant see it fixing your problem, if you supply some system specs and what program you're getting "Program not responding with" it will help the fourm troubleshoot your issue.

you might have accidentally held down the shift button while typing 7...you typed in &, not 7

can you describe what is happening to casue it?

it could be that you dont have enough ram i sometimes get that on my pc
