Not enough disk space

i have enough disk space to create a new volume but during create wizard it gives"there is not enough disk space to create volume"....why??

What size is this new volume you're making? And how much free space is on the volume already?

43GB = 44032mb

this is probably where you are going wrong

most things included stupied sales people say that there are 1000mb in a gb but this is not the case there are 1024mb in a gigabyte

43*1024=44032mb

look at ram if you dont believe me if you can find a stick that has 1000mb as a round number on it with that amount of memory i will eat my hat
