I am putting together a new system and I'm trying to decide how many fans I need to put in and how powerful they need to be. Here's the setup:

Core 2 Duo 2.4 Ghz
2Gb 667 DDR2 RAM
120 Gb 5400 rpm HD
512mb nVidia 7600gs(with fan)
500w power supply(with fan)
2 CD/DVD drives

The case I currently have has one side 80mm fan for intake and one rear 120mm fan for exhaust. I don't plan on overclocking it anytime soon, so I was wondering if this would be sufficient.

Also, how worthwhile are PCI slot fans?

Thanks

Standard ATX case, room temp is about 70 or so, possibly hotter during the summer, nothing special for the cables.

What case are you using? There is no such thing as a "Standard" case. They're all different.

I know its an XION, but other than that I'm not sure about anything else-I've had it for about two years now and don't have the box anymore.
