I have a D-link 624 router and an IOGEAR USB Plug.
I get the strange phenomenon that I am informed about the connection as follows:

Signal low transfer 56M
Signal high transfer 32
signal good transfer 56
signal good transfer 32
and of course - signal high transfer 56

How should I interpret this info?

Need to take a close look at your locations. You may have something interfering (noise like phone) with the signal.

Some microwaves too
