Turkey, Germany, France, and simplified China don't.
I could just type /us every time to get it in english so that my screen isn't paused and I wait for the red continue button to show up.
I think they should get rid of it. This poll is just to see if other people feel the same way.
dihydroman, there is always good answers at the polls don't you think! But to answer your question people are lazy it is easier to click for language than to type in URL
IT ALWAYS POPS UP AND IT'S SUPER ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE ALREADY SELECTED IT A THOUSAND TIMES AND SET MY COUNTRY TO CANADA. WHY DOES IT ASK ME EVERY TIME I COME ON THE SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think I'll have to go with option number 3. I am one of the few people left with dial-up. I know, it sucks, but it's near free. I agree that it should remember what country you're from after you've already selected it once from you're home computer and set your country to the same thing. Although, it's not that hard to type "/us"
