NZXT make crap power supplys, your build will crash and burn if you use that bundled psu. Are you going to be oc'ing? if so, you might want to get some decent DDR-800 ram and a better mobo like the P5B Deluxe or P5W Deluxe.

Where are you getting this stuff? all those parts are way too expensive.

All the prices are CAD.

Im getting my computer build from a local store www.a-link.ca

Im on a budget with my MoBo: Cant really spend more than 140$ 160$ max

I've heard good reviews about the nzxt case, guess ill have to go back to my first choice: Sonata II 450W - 119$

As for the Ram, Thats all the store carries, but i'll recheck

EDIT: Yes I will be trying to OC

That motherboard doesn't support Core2Duo processors.

How about this Mobo:

http://www.a-link.ca/itemdetail.asp?itemid=2445

The nForce 4 chipset sucks for oc'ing, theres not much on that site that fits your budget and is good for oc'ing, but this one is alot better then the P5ND2. Im not sure that the P5ND2 supports the C2D, i cant find that much info on them.
