DHCP Problem

hi all,
i have a DHCP server on windows 2000 server, and there is another DHCP
server on windows 2003 server, every DHCP work in a segment but when both
work together the DHCP on 2000 server get down with the error message 1053
say "The DHCP/BINL service on this Small Business Server has encountered
another server on this network with IP Address, 192.100.0.202, belonging to
the domain: . "
really i don't know what to do and need help ??
* every DHCP work in a different domain.

Try using a setting the address range for distribution of the server in
windows 2000 to 192.100.10.1 - 192.100.10.254.
and the one in windows 2003 to 192.100.20.1 -192.100.20.254
