Windows Server 2000 ; SP4
Problem on two servers, Exchange 2000 member and on the Domain Controller

When the machine boots up, there are 3 entries in the Event Log that say:
Error 4311 "Initiliation failed because the driver device could not be
created"..

C:\Ipconfig /all
-> NetBios over TCP/IP is Disabled..

TCP/IP settings "Enable Net Bios Over TCP/IP checked".. OK
Uninstalled the TCP/IP stack and re-installed the TCP/IP stack, at this
point it was working but only for a short time.

Anyone ??

Is it possible to disable Netbios with GPO's (not the DHCP scope setting)?
Are some RPC registry settings related to Netbios?

Thanks for your input.
