Cannot get WAP54G and WAP54GPE to work together.

We are trying to set up a wireless WLAN using a WAP54G and a WAP54GPE, but have had nothing but trouble. Are there any secrets? We have tried every possible configuration. Thanks, mzk

Need to explain your setup, and what you are trying to accomplish, Bridge .....

If you're running the WAP54GPE in bridged or repeater mode then it'll only talk to a WAP54GP or another WAP54GPE. I went through this about 6 weeks ago trying to get it to play nice with a WET54G.

Linksys' official response through a chat session was "give it a go, it may work but we don't think it will and we don't support that configuration".

In the end I used a second WAP54GPE which worked but has given me other issues (see my post earlier )
