Hi, I'm planning to buy a dell M90 and I have a few questions regarding memory:

Can anyone tell me why is there such a huge price difference??

Dell Spain: 2GB 667MHz... to.... 4.0GB, 533MHz DDR2 SDRAM Memory (2 x 2048MB) Add 1870€!!!! ($2467)

Dell USA: 2GB 667Mhz... to... 4GB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM (2x2048MB) Add $910 (690€!!!!)

Do they use different memory makers? Searching in Newegg (even though they don't ship internationally) I've found 2Gb sticks of 667MHz SDRAM for 230$. Should I put the minimum memory when I order to Dell, and add extra memory later?

Does anybody know what memory maker does dell use for the M90??

Thanx for your time and excuse my english... :)

I know 2Gb should be ok with vista... but wouldn't be better 4Gb for working with alias, maya, autocad and so?? By the way, when would I notice the 2 extra gb? rendering? multitasking?
Thanx for your reply :)

The problem is that the dell M90 is a notebook, has only 2 dimms and can get up to 4GB (2x2048)... I wish it had more dimms and I could get 4 x 1GB sticks instead of the expensive 2Gb ones.
