New build...RAM I want out of stock. wait or suggestions?

Hi, I am about to order the parts from Newegg to build a new PC, but the RAM I want is currently out of stock. Is there something comparable for about the same price $209 that can also OC well? If not, I'll go ahead and wait, I think it will be in stock in about a week. This is the system:

Anyone know of using this corsair ram with the P5B-E moterhboard? It's in stock, timings are better, and isn't that much more after rebate. What do you think?
