I need a cheap mobo (less than $100) with overclocking capabilities to OC Pentium D 805. I've been doing some research on newegg, but can't find anything good. I'd like to buy a mobo that supports Core 2 for future upgrades.
There's one thing I don't fully understand. Let's say I want to OC CPU to 3.8GHz. I'll need to adjust FSB to around 190MHz. If I do it, memory speeds will also jump. Do I have to buy mobo that supports DDR2 800 or can I settle for one with 667 support and set clock speed for ram independently from CPU?
