GA-965P-DS4 - rev1.0 & rev2.0

I can see that the only noticeable difference between these two revisions is a different gigabit ethernet chip... Is that it? Or is there more to it?

Rev. 2.0 will almost certainly have a C2 chipset & rev. 1.0 will most likely have C1.
There may also be a few power circuitry tweaks as Intel tightend up the specs. for quad core.

So I guess if possible, the Rev2.0 would be the better purchase?
