Can i overclock an ati card from the nvidia ntune utility?

no, ntune only works on nvidia. you need ati's tool to overclock an ati card (dont know what it is as i'm an nvidia user)

You can use ATI tool to help over clock an NVIDIA card however. As the 3D and artifact scanner work for NVIDIA as well.
