What's holding my system back the most

I am wondering what part of my PC is holding back the performance the most.
I game at 1600X1200 resolution
-4850 (Running at 60 degrees C under load)
-AMD Anthalon X2 5200
-2GB of DDR 2 Ram
-ASUS M2N-e Mobo
-Sound Blaster Titainum xTreme Gamer blah blah blah (creative has really elaborate names for their cards)

seems you can run an am3 cpu in that board

well first upgrade to 4gb ram and get

upgrade to 64 bit os

maby an am3 cpu like the phenom II x2 or x3 or athlon II

Thanks for the reply. I am using a 64 Bit OS (Win 7). Also, I thought that the M2N-E was a socket AM2. I am going to add the 2 GB of RAM and see what that does to boost performance.
