Sharpest, Cleares Streamingt Video?

It is hard to go wrong with a video capture device and a camcorder. I got
a Sony NightShot Hi8 camcorder off eBay for around 50 bucks... plug it up
to the PC via the USB video capture device... gives great detail up to
320x240. And that's the limitation of my capture device, so you can
probably do better. But yeah, this isn't exactly what you were asking
about - but I thought I'd throw it out as an option if you hadn't thought of
it already.
