how to set share permissions in command line

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.general (More info?)

Hi !

Is there a tool to set share permissions under win2000 like cacls for ntfs
permissions.

I can't set permissions with the 'net share' command line. This command places
default permissions.

I search but i didn't find anything.

Thank you.
