Have just bought and installed a QuickCam Communicate STX (running under
Windows XP) and everything seemed to run OK - excellent picture quality etc.
Made a quick test video + sound using the Logitech Email Video Wizard. I
noticed that after the actual recording proicess, there is a file
compression carried out before the file is transferred to the default mail
program. Everything looked to work absolutely as expected. However, when
the recipient opens the file, whilst the video runs OK, the soundtrack is
compressed into the first few seconds of playback. Have
uninstalled/downloaded the latest drivers/reinstalled but the problem is
still there. Anyone experienced this and/or know how to overcome the
problem?

Thanks.
