I have a question regarding the title of the article: "Picking A Sub-$200 Gaming CPU" .
Does "-" stand for minus or as a link between sub and $200? Don't ask me to explain in English, grammar terms because it is hard for me.

If it does stand for "minus" then i think the title is wrong. "Sub" already says under so "Sub" and "-" are the same thing, twice.

The "-" between Sub-$200 is just to link the Sub & $200 together. It is not a minus sign.
