need opinions on these parts for my build

done alot of looking and researching, and got down to these three main components for my pc build, please feel free to let me know how you think they will work together, if there would be any better selections, or anything else you can think of that might help me.

i feel confident that no one will find fault with those selections ... if it were me i would pay the extra $100 to get the 4mb cashe of the 6600 thou

just read on another post that intel was dropping prices on their processors on jan 7, 2007 has anyone heard about this, or have any info, if so ill wait to after the 7th and get the 6600 instead
