My wife's work laptop has a wireless network card in it so I bought a Linksys wrt54g router for my home pc so she can log into work from her laptop in the house. Everything was working fine until I changed one of the settings from "disable" to "enable". Now she can NOT log on to ANYONE's network (from the list of available networks). She gets a message that the radio is on but signal strenght is zero. The options that I have with "enable" or "disable" are as follows:
Wireless SSID - enable
MACFILTER - enable
DHCP Server - enable
UPN - all options under this are enabled

Did I do something from the router that is preventing her from logging to any of this listed networks? (We have neighbors with networks that she used to be able to access the internet through).

Thanks!!

Disable MAC filtering, and it will work. The other option is to add her laptop MAC address to the list of 'allowed' computers (this is a slightly more secure option)

I disabled the MACFILTER and it is still not working.

I'll add her MAC address and see what happens.
