I was unable to get the NIC to work, I uninstalled the Virtual Machine
Additions. When rebooting, I get a bluse screen. I have done this twice now
at this point installing Windows 2000 Pro from the ground up. Installing then
uninstalling the Virtual Machine Additions and getting a blue screen

Don't install the VM... Your NIC issues are most likely because you don't
have the correct driver for it. What kind of NIC do you have?

I found out what the isse was. The setting for the NIC in the Virtual PC
console, had been set to the wireless NIC, not the adapter. once I set to the
NIC adapter, all works fine now.

Thanks anyway
