I did my first boot without ram(since I dont have any) just to see if smoke was gonna come out which it didnt. =)

The problem is the power button turns on the PC just fine but it wont trn off. I tried pressing reset then power, holding power down for like 3 seconds, holding both reset and power, I dunno wha to do.

Any help?

Thanx!

Hold the power button down for 5 seconds...if that doesnt work I think its time to pull the plug.

Recheck the pin layout again as well.

we're not magicians, put your system specs, honestly, its very rare than a current motherboard wont support the power down...

maybe you didnt installed all the cables of the case to the mobo correctly.

Remenber, there is no ram, so I think that the board doesnt turn off.. you better do a plug out, that doesnt do nothing... :p
