There are so limited amount of choices for SATA 150 hard drive...you guys see any good deals? This isn't for my computer, but my sister's...see anything around 80gb to 200gb ones? :?: :?: :?:

Also...I have a abit is7-e which have two SATA 1 slots...if I were to buy a HD that is SATA 300...will it work on a mobo that supports only SATA 150??

I second that. It will work on sata150

Go with sataII and you will be set for faster hard drive transfers when you get a compatible sataII controller on your next motherboard.

My hardrive right now is a 150(stripped it from my old rig)...will I notice a considerable difference if I upgrade to a 300 for my new motherboard?

You won't notice any difference between 150 and 300. However, there are other new technologies, such as perpendicular recording and hybrid drives, that can provide noticable performance gains.
