Webcam streaming with Audio and MSN messenger integration

Was wondering if someone can help...

My requirements:
- Physical webcam with either wide angle or auto movement pan
- Streaming software to provide video/audio across internet
- Integration with MSN messenger

I live in Australia, so Oz models would be preferred.

I liked the idea of the Logitech Sphere but was told by Logitech Tech
Support that it couldn't stream video across the net.

Any ideas/suggestions.
