Hi
i built my second computer this fall and it went quite smoothly. But I've been noticing high motherboard temperatures. The temperature is stable at 43º Celsius.
I have bundled my wires and I have an Antec P180B with all fans on lowest settings (I will list my entire system later). I have checked system temperatures with speedfan (Coretemp showed unreasonable temperatures). My CPU Temps are around 30º Celsius, HD Temps at 33º Celsius for the Raptor and 28º Celsius for the Samsung.
I have not overclocked anything yet but I plan to later.

My system specs are:

Antec P180B
Core 2 Duo E6600
P5WDH Deluxe
ASUS EN7600GT
Corsair XMS2 PC6400
Antec NeoHE 550
WD Raptor 74ADFD SATA2
Samsung 400GB SATA2

How can i lower the temperature?

Coretemp had the temps from each core at over 50 degrees celsius

I was worrying because asus PC Probe started to warn me of the temperature at 45 degrees and the temps sometimes went up to 47.
After that organised the cables somewhat and tried it again.
That was when the temps went down to 43 stable

But thanks for answering the post so quickly
Its always nice to know your system is at good temps :D
