I downloaded and ran the win2k sp4 English upgrade and all seemed to be
progressing until reboot failed. It failed after the logo disappeared and
displayed a blue screen memory dump saying something failed in this
ntoskrnl.exe.

Now what? I really don't know what to do next. Any help will be appreciated!

Thanks - I now know I need a hotfix:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;867778#kb4

It does not seem easy to download it - at least the KB artcile doesn't tell me
how or link to it. Any ideas on how to do that?

TIA
Colin
