How good of a change is this

Im wondering with the OC probablity how much faster is this comp gonna be if any?

my current computer
MSI K8N Neo4/SLI @ 1.6volts
AMD X2 3800@2.4 10x multi 1.35 volts
Zalman 9500LED
HTT 240 4x multi
4x512MB Corsair TwinX1024-3200C2 @ 2.75 volts
7900GT @ 550/810
Creative X-Fi XtremeMusic

im now getting

ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe
Opty 165
Zalman 9500LED
4x512MB Corsair TwinX1024-3200C2 @ 2.75 volts
7900GT @ 550/810
Creative X-Fi XtremeMusic

Also im wondering how far should i be able to OC my ram and what would be some good OC timings or should i stay with 2-3-3-6 @ DDR400

Must have money to burn there ,,, San Diego ??.
Seriously now,,from my perspective ,single core 3700,I do not see any advantage to your proposal,if I were you I would do the MOBO thing 1st,,,and then,,the cpu ???
And if you REALLY want to oc you should consider faster ran like OCZ's 3500 and up...:)

haha no, no money to burn, just a CPU mob switch. But my current stuff is going to my dads computer, and im selling my X2 so its going cost me like nothing, i was just wondering how its gonna be.
