USB 2.0 Question

Are the true USB 2.0 webcams (Creative Ultras) significantly better than
the USB 1.0 variety? Has
anybody actually made comparisons as opposed
to the advertising claims?

I have a creative cam sitting on top of my pc and when first connected to a
usb 1 connector on the back of my pc gave horrible pictures like a low light
high contrast look. After adding a usb2 card and connecting it to the camera
it gives a sweet picture, and my printer is faster to boot!
