I use the win98se driver because i am running win98se. Does the winXP driver make this card more powerful and with more features?

But of course anyway i don't plan to play games like ES4:Oblivion on this card. I'm just wondering.

Well of course you would need to be using windows XP to use the driver. But I think that the video card might not be more powerful per say, but actually more stable and it would be easier to get support. If I am not mistaken Microsoft doesn’t even off support for windows 98 (again I could be wrong) but also the last Nvidia driver release for windows 98 was in December 21, 2005. However if you are currently not having any issues with your current setup, there might not be any reason to adjust it.
