Outlook has no news reader capability, to read news use Outlook Express
Newsreader.
Then set up a news account, eg msnews.microsoft.com is the MS news server
2) OL cannot access a Hotmail Account unless it is a Hotmail premium account
ie paid for
3) See Netscape help

Lastly post to the correct ng in future, this Q has nothing to do with Win2k
